Restrictive covenants in employment agreeements declared unenforceable

Represented three employees against claims by their former employer to enforce the terms of a non-solicitation clause contained in the employees' employment contracts. Following a four day evidentiary hearing on the employer's request for a preliminary injunction and sanctions for contempt, the non-solicitation clause was declared to be unenforceable and the employer's motions for contempt denied.
