For more than 20 years, Jason has successfully represented individuals and businesses in courtrooms throughout the State in a wide variety of litigation matters, including business and contract disputes, employment disputes, construction and real estate litigation, personal injury, and fraud cases.
Jason grew up on the east coast but has called Arizona home since 2002. Upon relocating to Arizona, Jason represented two of the largest law firms in the Valley for more than 5 years before opening his own firm in 2007. Before going to law school, Jason studied music at the prestigious University of North Texas.
Jason's charismatic style and common sense approach contribute greatly to his success in the courtroom. His instinct and analysis, along with his passion for his client's causes, are a must for clients involved in high stakes litigation.
In addition to being a seasoned litigator, Jason is a certified mediator, arbitrator, and former Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
In 2021, Jason was recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer in the area of business litigation.
Jason is also a former adjunct professor, having taught Torts and Civil Procedure, and former member of the Board of Directors of Dress for Success Phoenix, a non-profit organization that provides professional business attire and interview training to women in need.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his son, riding his motorcycle, watching sports, and attending concerts and comedy clubs. Jason loves sharing his knowledge and passion with students and audiences whenever possible, and is available for speaking engagements on various legal topics upon request.
