Arbitrator removed for evident partiality and opposing counsel sanctioned for its lack of candor

After the entry of an Arbitrator's Award in which he suspiciously found against our client, the firm investigated and discovered that he had failed to disclose his relationships with opposing counsel.  We immediately moved to disqualify him on multiple grounds, and were successful.

Thereafter, a new arbitrator was appointed who upheld the award, but denied attorneys' fees to the opposing party after it was shown by us that her attorneys' had lied about their client's payment of attorneys fees.
