John Rosenfeld is a California native with broad experience advising clients on real estate, finance and general business matters. A graduate of USC Law Center in 1992, his practice areas include: real estate acquisitions, sales and leasing; corporate and business law; real estate and corporate finance; zoning and land use. Having practiced in large firms such as Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP in Los Angeles and as general counsel to small companies in Arizona, Mr. Rosenfeld brings a unique perspective on business challenges which enables him to better understand his clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
Mr. Rosenfeld began practice representing national developers and high-profile design professionals in complex construction defect litigation, insurance coverage and business litigation. For the past 15 years he has represented entrepreneurs, small businesses and startups in real estate transactions, finance and business organization matters. He has represented lenders in loan originations, borrower insolvency, foreclosure and lender-owned real estate matters. He represented local developers in land acquisitions, planning/zoning, construction, sales and warranty matters.
